Aviation enthusiast Zhong Xin-yu has garnered a lot of engagement for her runway walkthrough video on Instagram; together with the two other "one-day CEOs," board game enthusiasts Yang Mu-yun and Yu Pin. They also gained invaluable insights into the importance of runway scheduling and baggage handling after learning about the Flight Information Display System (FIDS) and seeing the smart baggage handling processes. CEO-Guided Walkthrough During their pre-event meeting, CEO Fan shared his experience on corporate governance and elaborated on the focus of the walkthrough, including monitoring the airport's situation through CCTV cameras and feedback from on-site staff. The CEO also assigned tasks to the participants and issued them a one-day ID card and a vest. The day-long experience left everyone astounded by the demanding tasks of running an airport, realizing how it requires striking a balance between efficiency and service while addressing the complexities of sustainability, workforce management, and industry transformations.
