The seamless operation of the airport hinges on all these units working toward a common goal— and "recovery" in the aftermath of the pandemic is precisely that. With numerous service units at TTIA, including airlines, TIAC, and ground services, with their own systems and data, ensuring compatibility during digitization is a serious concern. Overcoming challenges like data integration and ensuring a singular and accurate data source, TTIA is now on the right track for information integration. Through the Airport Digital Information Integration Platform (ADIP) and the upgraded Airport Collaborative Decision-Making (A-CDM) system, the airport has significantly improved punctuality, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and completing the infrastructure for a smart airport—laying the groundwork for the airport of the future.
